Michael responded quickly to a call from owner (Malcolm King). Visited twice (once to collect PC, 3 days later to set up new PC). On time, quick to set up the new PC. Asked for list of apps/software used often. As he left he coached us to use the new setup as often as possible and record anything not working as expected, then, after a week or so, to email that list to Michael
